分切機械刀片主要用于紙張、膠帶、磁帶、薄膜、金、銀、銅、鋁、鈦合金箔等物品的縱切。這些高檔的金屬箔材的分切要求精度高，無毛刺、無壓痕現(xiàn)象。我公司應(yīng)用了高科技技術(shù)，將刀片進行陶瓷復(fù)合及刀片表面碳化鎢鍍層處理，這樣刀片在分切時，不易磨損而且也不粘粉沫，減少了分切時的摩擦力。
Slitting machine blades are primarily engineered for the longitudinal slitting of paper, adhesive tape, magnetic tape, film, and high-precision metal foils (gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and titanium alloys). Slitting these premium foils demands ultra-high precision, burr-free edges, and zero indentation. Utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques, our blades feature ceramic composite integration and tungsten carbide surface coating, significantly reducing friction, resisting wear, and preventing powder adhesion during high-speed slitting operations.
